Lucas and his team did a great job refinishing our hall bath. Lucas was helpful in tile selection (saved us hundreds over what we originally chose). His team is very efficient and clean. They did a very thorough job at the end of each day cleaning up. I also want to call out their punctuality. Lucas and his team did such a good job restoring our outdoor island. They did the tearing off of the old ceramic tile and prepped it for the granite installation. Lucas and his team were very professional and reasonably priced. They showed up on time and did a great job. The only way you would know they were here is because of the beautiful tile that replaced the plain old painted kitchen island walls. They protected the floor, counter tops, walls, and baseboards and wiped down door knobs and handles leaving everything probably a little cleaner than they arrived. Lucas and the entire team are a dream to work with. Our 2nd floor bathroom project went sideways when the original contractor walked away from the job, I reached out to New Shine Tile and Lucas immedialty jumped in, asked all the questions needed, provided me the pricing, then helped answer all my questions and address my concerns. We ran into a small plumbing issue, Lucas took it upon himself to connect me with his reference, which also worked out very well. His guys were fast, clean and respectful with our home.
