Kitchen Renovation

Our experience with New Shine Tile was great! Lucas understood the vision and helped with recommendations for tile type and grout. He worked with us on a very tight timeline to get everything done and kept us updated the whole time! He even went above and beyond to drive an hour away to get us extra tile when he realized we needed it and it wasn’t in stock nearby. Can’t recommend them more!

Lucas and his team did such a good job restoring our outdoor island. They did the tearing off of the old ceramic tile and prepped it for the granite installation. Then they cleaned, primed and painted the island. It looks beautiful! Lucas is honest, polite and punctual. He and his team do great work. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Alex and Alex did the best job on our full bathroom renovation. The tile was very tricky and they took the extra time to make it the very best. We will have them back for our other bathroom!

Lucas and his team did a great job refinishing our hall bath. Lucas was helpful in tile selection (saved us hundreds over what we originally chose). His team is very efficient and clean. They did a very thorough job at the end of each day cleaning up. I also want to call out their punctuality. So many contractors show up late or not at all, and Lucas’ team showed up at the agreed upon time every day. Will use again!

Lucas and the entire team are a dream to work with. Our 2nd floor bathroom project went sideways when the original contractor walked away from the job, I reached out to New Shine Tile and Lucas immedialty jumped in, asked all the questions needed, provided me the pricing, then helped answer all my questions and address my concerns. We ran into a small plumbing issue, Lucas took it upon himself to connect me with his reference, which also worked out very well. His guys were fast, clean and respectful with our home. The took the time where needed to ensure the finishing was top - notch. AMAZING company to work with, fair pricing, ontime, honest and above all, communicative during the process.

It was a delight to work with Lucas. In addition to being deeply professional, he did a beautiful job! He even finished a day early. He and his crew cleaned up every day when they finished working which I really appreciated given the work site's proximity to my bedroom. I am very pleased with his work. I'd hire him again for sure.

Lucas and his team were very professional and reasonably priced. They showed up on time and did a great job. The only way you would know they were here is because of the beautiful tile that replaced the plain old painted kitchen island walls. They protected the floor, counter tops, walls, and baseboards and wiped down door knobs and handles leaving everything probably a little cleaner than they arrived. I will definitely use them for future projects and highly recommend them.

Lucas and his team did an AMAZING job on our shower. Lucas also went above and beyond to help us figure out the best combination of tile to use. They were professional, accurate and got the job done quickly. We will definitely be calling them back when we are ready for the backsplash in our kitchen. Plan on sharing more photos when the glass is up as well.

These guys are awesome! Very professional, a lot of attention to detail. They took the time to do prep work like laying down paper on our countertops and laying down tarps on the floors. The end result looks great, we love our new back splash.
